Our return policy is simple:

Please give us an opportunity to rectify the situation before you return any materials. If it only requires an answer to a question, please give us a chance to serve you. This may be handled through e-mail, telephone (828-684-0429), or writing.

Should this fail to resolve the situation, then return the materials in uncut, resaleable condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (less shipping and handling).

As a consideration and help to other customers, please let us know the reason. If it is something we need to correct, please give us the opportunity to make it right. If it is just a personal reason, that's fine, too.

We prefer a "happy return" to a dissatisfied customer.
